ShieldStack Counsel Solution
The Accessibility Department of a Shopify Store, and the file that proves the work.
02 / What we are
What we are
ShieldStack runs the whole of a Shopify Store's Accessibility: Audit, Remediation, Accessibility Statement, and a year of Monitoring. One team, one responsible party, nothing pushed onto your Client's Dev. For your Client, this is the Accessibility Department their Store did not have, staffed and run by us, with nothing to manage.
03 / The file · Five parts · Thirty days
What your Client's file gets
01
Dated Audit. Every barrier documented the way real users hit it (screen reader, keyboard, mobile), mapped to WCAG 2.2 AA, with severity, affected pages and screenshots.
02
Remediation, done by us. We fix the theme ourselves, on a copy, published atomically: no downtime, reversible, nothing left half-open.
03
Re-audit. Every finding closed and proven, before and after, side by side.
04
Accessibility Statement. The formal declaration of conformance, dated and scoped, published on the Store, with a contact channel for anyone who hits a barrier.
05
Monitoring, all year. A Store changes: themes update, apps land, content moves. We re-verify, fix regressions within a defined window, and keep the Statement true.
The whole chain is delivered within thirty days. The clock starts the day payment lands and collaborator access opens; it ends with the complete Dossier in your Client's hands.
04 / The Dossier · One document
The Dossier
It all comes back as one Dossier: a plain-language cover you can read in two minutes (what was broken, what we fixed, what we maintain, here is the proof) and the technical layer underneath for the other side's expert and the court. A documented finding with no fix is a gift to the other side. The Dossier leaves our hands only when every finding in it is closed and the re-audit proves it.
05 / Your protection · Three answers · In writing
If you put your name near this, what protects you?
The question behind every referral is personal: if this goes wrong, what lands on me? Three answers, all of them in writing.
01
Our promise in writing is execution and proof. You will not find a line of ours claiming a Client cannot be sued, because nobody honest can promise that. What we put in writing is the work itself, documented and dated in the Dossier.
02
The Statement is dated and scoped. It says what was audited, against what standard, on what date, what sits outside the theme's reach, and what channel exists for anyone who hits a barrier. There is no binary "compliant" stamp for the other side to turn against your Client.
03
The cure is contractual. Monitoring is not a marketing line: response windows and re-verification are written obligations in the agreement your Client signs. When the Store changes and something regresses, fixing it is our job, inside the window the agreement defines, at no extra cost.
You are never asked to vouch for us; the Dossier documents the work independently of who referred it.
06 / Ground rules
Ground rules
01
We stay out of the legal side. Strategy, negotiation and advice are yours; we build the technical file your strategy uses.
02
There are no referral fees. Recommending us creates no obligation in either direction.
03
Your Client pays us directly and grants access through Shopify collaborator access: limited to the theme, revocable at any time, the Client always in control. You stay Counsel, never the intermediary.

The price
The Solution · year one
The figure covers the whole chain, with no retainers and no hourly billing. It holds for a single Store on one theme; larger or more complex setups are scoped case by case, on a call.
After year one, the Department renews annually: a fresh Audit, Monitoring, and the Statement revalidated with a fresh date.

The sample Dossier
Accessibility Dossier · Demo Store · sample
The exact document your Client would hold, assembled in full on our own Demo Store. It only travels when asked for: one line to bruno@shieldstack.pro and it is in your inbox.
