Fixed-price audit and remediation, built to stand up when lawyers read it

If your store was named in an ADA web accessibility complaint or received a demand letter, the legal side belongs to your lawyer. The technical side is ours: a dated WCAG 2.2 AA audit of your Shopify store, documented fixes, and a public accessibility statement, on the record while the case is open.

Counsel-ready

What counsel-ready means

Settlement negotiations move on documentation, not promises. Everything we deliver is dated, itemized, and written to be read by your counsel, opposing counsel, and an insurer.

  • Dated chronology

Every finding and every fix carries a date. The record shows remediation started before the settlement was signed, not after it forced you.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA mapping

Each issue is mapped to the specific WCAG success criterion, the standard cited in 95% of ADA Title III cases and the one plaintiff experts test against.

  • Screenshots and remediation log

Before and after evidence for every fix, compiled in a change log your counsel can put on the record.

A dated audit plus a remediation log changes the conversation your counsel can have. Proving you already fixed it beats promising you will.

We hold our own site to the same WCAG 2.2 AA standard we sell. See our accessibility statement.

We deliver technical conformance, not legal advice. Strategy and negotiation stay with your lawyer.

What happens after the case closes

Most settlements and consent decrees carry ongoing compliance obligations, and plaintiff firms re-scan past defendants. A store cited twice gets pattern-litigant pricing, much higher. The cheapest moment to catch a regression is before the next scan finds it.

Continuous Monitoring

$199USD per month, after initial audit

Documented compliance every month keeps the good-faith record going after the case, and catches regressions before a plaintiff firm re-scans you.

Questions stores in this position actually ask

Is this legal advice?
No. We deliver technical accessibility conformance: the audit, the fixes, and the documentation. Legal strategy, filings, and negotiation belong to your lawyer. What we produce is the technical record your counsel can use while doing that work.
Will this make the lawsuit go away?
No, and anyone who says yes is lying. What documented remediation consistently does is change the negotiation: good faith on record, item by item, with dates and screenshots. Proving you already fixed it beats promising you will. The legal outcome stays in your counsel's hands.
The case is still open. Should we wait until it settles?
That is a question for your counsel, and we will not answer it for them. What we can say: remediation that starts before the settlement is signed goes on the record as good faith. Remediation that starts after looks like compliance with an order. Your counsel will know which conversation they would rather have.
Can you work directly with our defense counsel?
Yes. The deliverables are built to be read by lawyers, and we answer counsel questions about findings and fixes by email. We stay out of the legal side, and we do not do referral fees with any firm.
We received a demand letter, not a lawsuit. Is the process the same?
Same process, earlier and cheaper. Most demand letters and complaints drop when a defendant produces a current third-party audit and remediation log. The sooner the dated record starts, the more it covers.
We already settled. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Most settlements include compliance obligations with deadlines, and past defendants get re-scanned. The audit documents where you stand now. Monitoring catches regressions before the next scan does.
How fast can you start?
Checkout is public and onboarding is async, so we typically start the same week. The dated audit lands in 7 business days. The full bundle runs 21 business days from order to documented closure.
